on my last day at the elementary school we went to lunch at a nearby restaurant that we'd never tried before. it was a kind of mom and pop place, and i think the guy who served us was really excited that a couple of foreigners came to his humble restaurant. the only problem was he assumed that we'd never had korean food so he kept showing me how to eat. their place was very nice, however. it was converted from an old house and they had a nice huge window looking into a small garden in the main eating area.
