it took me a while to figure out who the email was from. i could understand about 80% of it and it says things like how are you, how are you feeling (since i was sick before i left), and i really, really want to see you. finally i realized it was from eric in my ele 102, i gave them my email address on the last day. after consulting my korean dictionary, it also says that since i left he cried and that he really wants to see me again and hopes i come back to see him later.
i wrote him back and said어를 왜 안 했어? (why didn't you use english?) actually it was fun getting an email in korean and trying to write back with my limited korean skills. his english level is very basic so i couldn't put too much english in there or else i am sure he wouldn't be able to read it.
